Glass Beach
A truly unique beach where nature has really outdone herself. Glass Beach, so called because of the presence of fragments of colored glass (ee machined polished by the sea for about 45 years), now mixed with the sand, it is now a popular destination protected by the California State Park System, where nature has turned what had to be a dump, in a magical and precious the waves of the sea and the weather have reshaped broken glass returning a unique scenario. Located near Fort Bragg, California, the beach is today frequented by many tourists in search of this extraordinary work of nature. |
