A real treat for the palate, the Anticucho are a typical dish of Peruvian criolla also widespread in other Andean regions. Consists of small pieces of meat cooked on a spit, impaled with a stake of bamboo or metal grid or pan, the Anticucho are consumed mainly in Peru on the occasion of the Lord of Miracles procession, ceremony that continues throughout the month of October .
