Biroldo
Produced in different areas of the province of Lucca, in particular in the Garfagnana, but also produced in Montignoso in the Province of Massa Carrara, biroldo is a tasty sausage meat and pig's blood that will delight the most discerning palates, and it is not a case that is included among the traditional Italian food products.
