Produced in the provinces of Modena and Emilia Romagna, the Lambrusco is a high quality sparkling red wine to taste along with other delicacies of the culinary traditions of Emilia and other robust foods such as pork, sausages and lamb and also fits well with the locally made cheeses such as parmesan and parmesan cheese. As if that were not enough, sometimes, the Lambrusco is an ideal ingredient for the preparation of dishes such as pig's feet and Emilian cotecchino, or pasta dishes such as risotto and pasta with Lambrusco, in addition to being used for the preparation of cocktails to taste during an aperitif, and it is no coincidence that it is even used in the wine therapy for its conservation of the skin.
