Piadina
A unique delicacy, the piadina, (typical of the coast) is a delicious food product that can be tasted on several occasions and, as is typical for various products, may have local variations regarding the size and shape: thick soft in the Ravenna and Forlì, Rimini and Pesaro in is more subtle and sometimes slightly larger diameter. The flatbread Pesaro, again, (also called crescia Crostolo or inland), is pastry and tasty. Known all over the world (among other things, risking being forgotten in the years 60), is a delicacy that is sold in kiosks, but you can also find pre-cooked packaged at retail. |
