Substantial Italian first dish, passatelli are a type of pasta for soup that is traditionally prepared during the holidays and are a typical dish of Emilia Romagna, Pesaro and Urbino. A real delicacy that can be eaten as simple dish is tasted both with use of various foods such as asparagus, mussels, mushrooms, melted cheese that can be meat or fish broth, combinations of ingredients that make the dish a unique delicacy irresistible.
