A delicacy davero unique able to conquer all those who love sweet flavors of tradition and flavors of a good table. Not dissimilar to a pudding, the galaktoboureko can be prepared both in trays, with states of phyllo dough at the top and bottom, or rolled up into individual portions (approximately 10 cm). Is often served covered with clear sweet syrup and, unlike the millefeuille, which it resembles in part, the cream is cooked with pasta and not added later. |
