Beaujolais nouveau
A high-quality red wine produced in the French town of Beaujolais, located near Lyon. Very delicious are ideal with various delicacies from the table, not least the Bouillabaisse, a fish soup typical of Provence or, for dishes such as caciucco Livorno or octopus luciana. There are several types of wine beaujoulais, but the most popular and by far the most consumed is undoubtedly precisely the beaujolais nouveau (or primeur). |
