Peach Melba
Made with soft and ripe peaches, sweetened puree of raspberries (or other berries) and vanilla ice cream, the peach Melba is a delicious dessert that London is prepared by cooking the peaches in sugar syrup, then removing the peel and dividing them into two parts, and depriving the core, then laying them in a bowl on a bed of vanilla ice cream, covering them with precisely the raspberry puree. To make it more inviting, all of which can be decorated with fresh almonds flakes (also roasted in the oven with sugar) and with a little cotton candy (caramel).
