Hol Chan Marine Reserve
Located off the coast of Belize, Hol Chan reserve is the first marine park in the country, and is ideal for snorkelling and diving to the discovery of a wonderful marine nature able to enchant visitors, thanks to the crystal clear waters characterizing the splendid sea of this corner of paradise. Divided into several parts, the park contains a natural bay rich in marine life, a must for those who love diving. For the more experienced, you can also sink to the discovery of an underwater cave that would be part of the second portion of the park. Still, the park is part of the Shark Ray Alley, where a curious place, a time, the fishermen went there to clean their nets before returning to port, leaving traces of food that just attracted sharks and rays.
