Bánh xèo
Filled with delicious ingredients such as shrimp, bean sprouts and bits of pork fat, the Banh Xeo (literally sizzling cake), pancakes are delicious Vietnamese came with rice flour, water, turmeric powder, and sometimes, especially in southern regions with coconut milk.
