Tasty and succulent, Mohinga is a gastronomic specialty typical of the culinary tradition of Myanmar. This is a hearty dish of rice noodles (which by the way is the main ingredient in local cuisine) that is soaked in broth catfish curry whose flavor is enhanced by the use of various ingredients such as flour chickpeas, rice vermicelli and fish sauce. Usually eaten as breakfast, Mohinga, given its goodness, is even sold through the stands of the most important streets of the Burmese city and can still be found at any time of the day.
