Fool
Ful (or sometimes even fool) is a typical dish of the Arab countries that are prepared and eaten as a breakfast, a substantial dish to deal with energy and tenacity the rest of the day. Made with dried beans, which form the cornerstone ingredient, which are slow cooked in copper vessels, the lightning is generally prepared using also chopped parsley, garlic, onion, lemon juice, and a good dose of olive oil, ful ingredients that make a delicacy unique and substantial, but, as with the dishes, may experience variations in the ingredients: sometimes, for example, can be used tomatoes, cumin, red pepper, sea salt, and more. |
