Kheer
Widespread in many South Asian countries, the kheer (also known as Payasam, Ksheeram, Ksheer) is a delicious dessert with an intense flavor and distinctive. Also known by other names like Payasam, Ksheeram, Ksheer, payasa or even Payesh, kheer rice pudding is a very hearty and delicious, which is made with rice or cracked wheat, milk, sugar with a particular and flavored with cardamom, raisins, saffron, pistachios or almonds, and as the world's most renowned dishes, has some local variations in the ingredients. Prepared in the temples during special festivals, the kheer is a special dish of Hindu festivals and celebrations, and sometimes instead of rice, can be prepared with sayviah, a type of pasta similar to vermicelli and spaghetti, but the circle is thin and is, therefore, a very hearty and delicious dish religious. |
