Aushak
A very tasty dish originating in Afghanistan ideal for special occasions with class and taste and to delight your guests. The Aushak, (or sometimes even Ashak), is a of spiced dish ravioli stuffed with shallots, meat sauce and topped with yogurt and dried mint, and nutrient-rich ingredients, turns out to be a substantial dish that will delight the palates refined: after kneading the flour with an egg yolk, a pinch of salt and cold water and, after washing the leeks, cut them into slices and chopped, the preparation involves the use of spices such as paprika, salt leek and pepper for seasoning, dressings which help to give the dish an incomparable fragrance.
